Jennifer Ludtke (Facilitator)
Jennifer has been involved in parish ministry for nearly 20 years, first volunteering at St. Pius X in Cambridge, then working full-time as a DRE at St. John the Baptist in Jefferson. She currently is the Director of Adult Faith Formation and Outreach at St. Thomas Aquinas in Madison. Jennifer welcomes opportunities to connect with colleagues and provide perspectives and resources that can be incorporated at the local level. She and her husband have been married 20 years and have two children.
Ann Fons (Secretary)
Ann is part of the Life Long Faith Formation team at St. Anthony on the Lake Parish in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. In addition to creating and directing the Family Programs with this team, she directs the middle school youth ministry and youth mission trips, while working toward her master’s degree in religious studies at Cardinal Stritch University. Ann and her husband live in Waukesha, Wisconsin with their three children.
Danelle Kegley (Treasurer)
Danelle is the Director of Religious Education at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish in Mt. Calvary, WI. After earning her Master's Degree in Lay Ministry, she is happy to have time again to watch movies and knit. Danelle loves catechetical work and joined the WDREF board to help others discover what an inspiring, fulfilling field it is, and to help them succeed in it. She lives in Fond du Lac with her husband Scott, and her two daughters, Brady and Nicole.

Communications Committee
Communications Committee members are responsible for making WDREF and its activities known to its members and to appropriate groups and agencies, particularly through the WDREF.org Web site and the online newsletter, "Faith for Today". For more information, please contact Jamie Whalen.

Professional Development Committee

Visioning Committee
Visioning Committee members research and share with the membership information dealing with future trends and related planning that will have an effect on the profession as a whole and on the individual catechetical leader. For more information, please contact Ann Sirianni.
Awards Committee
Awards Committee members meet to review applications and select winners for two special awards, which are presented at our bienniel conventions. These awards include the Stephen C.
